Hardington Capital acquires mixed use freehold investment in Kennington, South London, with considerable development potential and asset management value added opportunities for private client.

The building is currently let to two retail/leisure tenants with a number of HMO’s in the upper parts. The new owner, advised by Hardington Capital, will re-gear the commercial leases, refurbish and re-develop the upper parts into good quality residential units.
