£5M debt secured by Hardington Capital

Hardington Capital has completed a £5M financing deal for an asset previous acquired by Hardington Capital. The original cash purchase has now been enhanced by the Allied Irish Bank facility thus increasing the overall cash return form the asset to in excess of 12% net.
